At Koukla Salon & Spa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to provide the best service to all of our guests, we require the following cancellation policy:

 

A valid credit card is required to book all appointments and will be kept securely on file.

 

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

 

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, cancellation fees may still apply.
